JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE
The Manager within Analytics owns the development of impactful and insightful analysis to Targetbase clients. He/she collaborates with a team of analytics professionals as well as general marketing professionals to develop analytical plans and projects that enable clients to meet their overall objectives. This position requires a motivated and passionate individual who is highly driven, insightful, and wants to be recognized for his/her ability to bring business impact to a client.
? Delivers impactful conclusions and insights from the analysis of assigned projects
? Consistently manages projects from start to finish with high-quality, on time, and within estimated hours
? Develops mastery of Targetbase's key analytical competencies and tools
? Solves problems by proactively thinking through approaches to the data or analysis based on the objectives of the assignment
? Provides ideas on creating efficiencies within the analytical processes and workflow
? Participates in the analytical planning of each project
? Participates as a collaborative team member, holding himself/herself and the team accountable for the work
? Puts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectations
